ISSAM BUREAU GROUP was established and registered officially with the Ministry of Trade in 1972.
We are specialized in Equipment, Instrument, Furniture, Chemical & Supplies for:
- Dental and Medical clinics and laboratory.
- Research, Education and Industrial Laboratory.
- Advance Technology.
We deal with state-of-the-art Technology only of first class Quality and represent leading Manufacturing companies from Countries around the world.
The offices and show-rooms of our group are situated in Baghdad, Erbil (Kurdistan) and Amman (Jordan).
We have a staff of nearly 100 employees consisting of scientists, engineers, technicians And secretaries. We do provide a wide range of technical support services. Field service teams provide on-site technical support, assisted by our workshop staff all specialized and well experienced in mechanics, electrics and electronics. Our staff is continually trained in the plants of the manufacturers and suppliers we are cooperating with. We cover all needs of our customers like consultation, supply, installation, maintenance and after sales services. Close follow up, reliability and precision in our work are our trademarks.
Our customers in Iraq are all governmental places like ministries with their related organizations, mainly Ministry of Health and Ministry of Higher Education & Research, as well as international organizations and the private sector.
Since 1978 we have a close and very trustful cooperation with ORTOLAN Marketing Consultants, Vienna/Austria.
We act in the Iraqi market jointly and exclusively as one unit. This partnership makes it easier for the companies from abroad we are representing in Iraq for communication, organization and coordination.

We Deal with up to date technologies and researches, representing good quantity of well-known manufacturing companies all over the world in the medical, scientific as well as dental fields.
ISSAM BUREAU GROUP center lies on three buildings in Baghdad, Karada, Q.905 St. 19, No. 17 with 70 employees, in addition, we have two other bureaus in north of Iraq and the other one in JORDAN – AMMAN.
We offered and covered nearly all demands, in the supplying, installation, maintenance, consultation and after sale services, insisting on follow up and precision.
Furthermore, we would like to confirm that we supply many equipments, materials and appliances since 1972 through many contracts before the embargo and during the embargo through Memorandum of Understanding between Iraq and the UN.
In addition, we built up a good trust, impression as well as reliability and these we obtain during our work with different committees in both official and private sectors.
